Safety Policies
- All participants will be required to sign a release of liability waiver prior to all activities. Minors must have parent/guardian present to sign waiver.
- All riders under the age of 18 will be required to wear a helmet. Helmets will provided for any rider who requests one.
- All participants must wear closed toed shoes with backs. Boots are recommended.
- All riders must be 10 years old or older, able to mount, under 275 lbs and 60 inches or Taller.
- Safety briefings will be held before each event. Any participant not following safety instructions will be refused service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on safety concerns.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- Reservations are required for all activities.
- Reservations can be made by phone at 505-231-7113. We recommend reservations be made at least 48 hours in advance but will be accepted as little 4 hours in advance based on availability.
- We will return phone messages at 1pm and 7pm
- A credit card will be required to hold reservations.
- Any cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance.
- Any reservation not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged the full booking rate plus an 18% gratuity. Groups of 5 or larger will be charged a 18% gratuity.
- All credit cards will be charged the evening before the activity. If you wish to pay by cash or other credit card please make sure to inform us when you make your reservation.
